Scott's Recreation Blog

Scott's Recreation was founded in Manchester, Maine by Scott Lanpher in 1994 as a used power sports dealership. In 2006, Scott's Recreation expanded into a brand new 5,000 square foot showroom on Rt. 202 in Manchester, just over the Augusta City line. The expansion came about as a result of Scott looking for a new RV for his family. When he found that he needed to travel a great distance to get a competitive price, he thought there was an opportunity to take on selected lines of RV's and offer great pricing to the local customers.
